Today I practiced the spiral kick and kickoffs with a friend for about an hour. I haven't seen much improvement on my spiral kicks, about 1/4 of the time i get a good tight spiral that weaves through the air. 1/4 of the time, it goes where i wanted it to go, but without a good spiral. The rest of the time it flies erratically, frequently in a high arc with a rapid, wobbly spin.
